Osaka offers 4 options (with multiple variations) for your menu and logo placement, to help you build the look you want. Opt for a burger menu, or have all your menu items displayed nicely on your slider, centered or left aligned. See all Header variations here.
As always, we pay special attention to movement and smooth transitions on your pages, in order to create a seamless and enjoyable experience while navigating throughout your website. Opt for a sticky menu to make sure your users always find their way through your pages and galleries.
Slideshows
Osaka includes 4 types of sliders. Two full-screen sliders for your homepage, which supports images, video embeds and self hosted videos – one with multiple elements and a title bar to showcase your top/favorite articles, and a second more clean version, solely focused on your visual content. The other two types of sliders are for your Single Gallery display (see section below). As always, texts, titles, fonts and colors are customizable. Choose your favorite paginators, experiment with slide effects and autoplay to get that smooth, unique feel for your site visitors.
Portfolio
Osaka offers 4 view types for your Portfolio, you can choose one, or even have multiple pages with different views:
List – displays your featured image and text under it. Cards – this view will have your (cropped) image and text alternating left or right. The clean typography, large titles and categories are beautifully displayed, offering your users a good snippet on what each gallery is about. Columns – seems like a magazine’s columns type of look. Your featured images are displayed in original size, and successfully lure visitors inside each gallery. Grid – displays your featured images in a 3 column grid, with titles under the image.
Single Gallery
Gallery A – a single image gallery displayed on the right of your screen, with the title and excerpt displayed on the left side. This type of gallery is perfect if you want to offer your users just enough information to get them curious and dive deeper. You can choose to have a longer narrative written down below your slider.
Gallery B – a screen-wide, no crop slider, with visible nearby images on the left and right sides, and tile with text displayer under the slider. Gallery C – if you want a more of a Pinterest board type of look and feel, opt for this gallery. Have your images displayed in a grid, in their original size or cropped version. Once you click on each image – it opens in a pop-up slider.
Blog
Pick 1 of the 4 unique views for your blog listing page. Set up multiple pages if you want to create something fresh for different types of photography:

About, Investment & Contact Pages
Osaka, similar to all our other themes, comes with a large range of layout options for each of your pages, to help you display your About (one & two), Investment and Contact (one & two) information in a beautiful and unique way. A quick reminder, if you want to take your pricelists and investment page to a completely different level, check out our Flo HUB plugin. It’s a drag and drop builder which allows you to easily build beautiful and interactive pricelist pages, responsive across all devices and in line with your branding and Flothemes styling.
All our Contact page templates come with a built-in contact form which will help you collect information and easily get in touch with your potential clients. If you are interested in creating a personalized form we recommend using our Flo Forms plugin, as it’s a simple drag and drop builder, which allows you to add as many fields as you wish, track submissions and even get reminders for unread emails. If you prefer Contact Form 7 or Ninja Forms, you can effortlessly add your contact form by simply adding the shortcode to the shortcode section in the contact form template.
Custom Pages
An amazing feature, that we’ve introduced at the end of December, along with our new Flo Backend. We’ve included a Page builder which you can use on your Custom Page templates, to build out new layout structures. You can add/remove or reorder blocks to get a fresh and unique design for any page. The builder is easy to use, and you will never feel lost or have to look for answers, since all the documentation, tutorials, and hints are incorporated into the backend. The Custom Page builder allows you to build from scratch any type of page layout with all the blocks and features available within Osaka.
Fonts
We are still excited about the two new awesome features related to your typography, that we’ve introduced with our previous themes – Rosemary and Monte:
1. You can create your own font styles or use predefined ones and easily apply them to any section you want. Forget about tons of time spent on searching for font sizes and names you used on certain pages and want to reuse. It’s all in your font styles.
2. You can use the Quick Font Setup option if you want to quickly apply your favorite fonts to the whole theme while maintaining all the sizes and proportions predefined by our designs.
As always, over 150+ free font options are accessible with Cube. All fonts can be modified to reflect your branding and style. If needed, there is also the possibility of uploading any additional fonts in .otf, .ttf, and .woff. Thus, the font combination possibilities are almost endless!
Our latest themes (Osaka, Cube, Rosemary and Monte) have a truly immersive backend experience. We understand that it’s not always easy to make changes to your theme, and it takes time to understand all the nuts and bolts that come with it. For that reason, we’ve fully integrated the documentation into your theme, so you don’t have to navigate away from your site when learning more about using it. Each section is separated with a simple point system. Just read the intro before each section, and you’re good to go. Even better, we’ve added video tutorials to explain everything. We are confident that this will considerably simplify your process and make it more enjoyable and easy.
We’ve also spent some time updating the backend styling. Now, your theme looks great not only on the outside but also on the inside.
