Contact Pages are a very important part of your website. All the work previously done to your website is meant to lead users to this specific page, so it is important to make sure all your contact info is properly added.
First of all, each theme has a few different layouts to offer. Sometimes these layouts can be very simple, and sometimes they can include additional Blocks. It is important to remember that none of the Page Templates we offer are hard coded, therefore you can easily add additional Content Blocks if necessary.
The most important aspect of a contact page is setting up your Contact Form. With that being said, we do have a few different ways to setup these areas.
1. You can user our built in contact form
2. You can create a custom contact form using Flo Forms
3. 3rd Party Contact Form Plugins
Built In Contact Form
The Built In contact form is great solution for basic inquiries. It is super easy to set up, there are only 4-5 simple fields and your email address.
Just as with any Block, you can adjust the font styles, change colors, add images, etc.
*NOTE – in the Built In form there is an option called Use Reply To Header. This allows you to reply directly to the clients email. However this option can send your email to spam, or it can get blocked by your hosting provider. If your emails aren’t sending, turn this feature off and test again. Please watch the video below for more details.
Flo Form Custom Contact Form
When choosing to add a Custom Contact Form, you are required to add in the Custom Form ShortCode into the designated field.
Even though there are multiple plugins like Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms, etc. that allow you to create a custom contact form, we recommend using Flo Forms plugin, as we will fully support any technical issues or updates related to our Plugin.
Please read our Flo-Forms article for a more detailed overview of our plugin.
