3rd Party Integration
If you’d like to integrate the Contact Form with ShootQ, you first need to enable this option within FloHub Settings.
Go to Settings – Enable ShootQ support for inquiries
Be sure to add the ShootQ API Key and ShootQ Brand Abbreviation into the designated fields.

To obtain the ShootQ API Key and ShootQ Brand Abbreviation log into your ShootQ account, go to Settings – Public API.
Be sure to Enable Public API Access. Copy / Paste the information provided by ShootQ into FloHub Settings and Save Changes.
If you’d like to integrate the Contact Form with Táve, you first need to enable this option within FloHub Settings.
Go to Settings – Enable Táve support for inquiries
Be sure to add the Táve Secret Key, Táve Studio ID and Táve additional fields info into the designated fields.

To get your Táve access key and brand abbreviation, login to Táve and go to Settings › New Lead API.
Key and Studio Alias.
Copy / Paste the information provided by Táve into FloHub Settings Save Changes.
Connecting with a 3rd Party Form
When setting up a Pricelist, scroll down to the Contact Form Settings and click on Edit Forms
When in the Form Settings, scroll down until you locate Integrations. From here, go ahead and map out the contact form fields according to the ShootQ Fields.
Mapping Contact Form Fields
Finally you’ll want to map the relevant fields in your form to link to fields directly in your CRM fields. For fields that aren’t mapped, they’ll be added to the notes section in ShootQ. To do so is simple:
Step 1. Select Form
First choose a form that you want to map, then you’ll have all the options available to map:

Next select the options you want to map to the relevant shootQ fields:
Step 3. Save and Test
Save the mapping options on the right hand side. Then go to your contact page and test the form. You should now be receiving inquiries as new leads in ShootQ or Tave.
